Alligator Homes was built on a simple idea: do the work properly, every time. Founded by Rubal, the company grew out of a hands-on background in residential construction across Surrey and Metro Vancouver.
We focus on residential builds, custom homes, duplexes, and design build projects where we can bring our full attention to every phase, start to finish.

Rubal started Alligator Homes because he saw a gap in how residential construction was being handled in Surrey. Too many homeowners were getting handed off to project managers they had never met, dealing with budget surprises, and waiting on trades that did not show up.
Rubal is involved in every project. He knows the permits, the trades, and what a well-built home looks like. When you work with Alligator Homes, you work with the person accountable for the result.
We tell you what is realistic from day one. If something changes, you hear about it directly, not after the fact.
We do not cut corners to save time. Every finish, every frame, every detail gets the attention it deserves.
We have worked across Surrey, Cloverdale, South Surrey, Burnaby, and Metro Vancouver. We know the lots, the bylaws, and the permit process.
